Lakoya Pittman

Lakoya Pittman is a HR and Legal compliance professional with over 10 years’ experience. Lakoya has spent several years working with Legal, Risk Management and HR compliance teams in both the public and private sectors, including two Fortune 500 companies.

As an investigator, Lakoya frequently conducts impartial investigations involving complex issues, including claims of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, racial discrimination, and retaliation.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and BA from the Hampton University.  

In her free time, Lakoya loves spending time with her family, taking walks with her dog and reading.
