We will cover advanced strategies for interviewing different categories of witnesses. This is an interactive seminar. Please attend with your camera on and be prepared to engage in interactive exercises. There will be homework between days one and two of the seminar. A working understanding of key employment laws and Title IX, as well as at least one year of experience conducting investigations is strongly encouraged prior to enrollment.
