Cynthia Cooke St. Ange is an investigative professional with over three decades of experience. As a law enforcement officer, Cynthia developed expertise in criminal investigations, including sexual assault. She also handled workplace investigations as part of Internal Affairs. She then transitioned to higher education and broadened her expertise as a Title IX and civil rights investigator.
Cynthia has conducted investigations involving complaints under Title IX, Title VII, ADA, and other regulations. She has depth of experience in investigations involving sexual harassment, stalking, hostile work environment, racial and age discrimination, and retaliation. Every investigation is unique, and Cynthia ensures that each of her investigations is objective, fair, and impartial.
Cynthia earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She received certification as a Title IX Investigator from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA), and holds a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators’ AWI Training Institute for Workplace Investigators. When not conducting investigations, Cynthia loves exploring cultures and the human experience through travel, music, and cooking.
