Aaron J. Rahmani is a law clerk with Grutman Law, P.C. He supports the firm’s workplace and campus investigations by assisting with fact development, legal research, drafting, and case management. His work includes matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other forms of workplace or institutional misconduct.

Aaron brings experience in legal procedures and investigative support. At Lyon Law, he managed multiple employment-related matters and was responsible for drafting discovery, coordinating timelines, organizing evidentiary materials, and supporting deposition preparation and attendance. He previously held legal assistant roles at ACTS Law and Gould and Jefferson, where he performed legal research, prepared case summaries, and assisted with document review and procedural tracking in litigation matters.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at UCLA School of Law.

Aaron is fluent in Farsi and proficient in Hebrew and Spanish.
